Beyond Tracking.

Many apps log.

Vorlift decides.

The strength training app that reads your sets and decides your next load — and tells you why. The last word stays yours.

What it is

An app for the gym, on your phone. iPhone and Android.

What you do with it

You pick a program — the app ships five, ready to start — and you log your sets.

What changes

Other logbooks record what you did. This one decides what comes next.

The engine — what decides for you

A classic tracker has its limits.
You log everything. Loads, reps, how each set felt — months of careful data. And at the next session the question is still wide open:
How much do I put on? Beginner or seasoned, make Vorlift the ally of your progress.

Adding weight
is no longer guesswork.

Session 12 · Bench press

Three full sets at 62.5 kg, two of them rated EASY.

Move up 65 kg
Session 13 · Barbell row

Second session without gaining a rep, and the last set came up short.

Hold 70 kg
Week 4 · The whole block

Fourth week of rising load: the deload was planned.

Back off −10 %

Feeling good on a deload day isn't the plan failing —
it's a plan that works.

How you show up today Muscle by muscle: how long since it worked, and how much, relative to your own habit.

Your block Where you are in the cycle — “week 3 of 4” — and when the deload lands.

An exercise mid-session: last time 1188 kg over 3 sets, today's suggestion 1320 kg — 44 kg × 10 on the incline dumbbell bench press, nothing logged yet, and a “+1 rep” pill marked with a question mark.
The decision, at the moment it is made.
The same screen after tapping the pill: a sheet opens, “Rep increase — you are still below the default target: 12 reps. We add 1 rep this session; the load will go up once you reach the top of the range.”
And its reason, one tap on the pill.

Every time, it tells you why.
A decision you don't understand is just one more number.

The app decides? And where does that leave me?

Your reading feeds its own.

Every suggested load is pre-filled, never imposed. You write down what you actually did — that, and nothing else, is what counts.

Vorlift doesn't replace your program with its own. It's your program, refereed — and every call is explained.

How it felt · set 3

EASY MODERATE HARD

You rate your set, not a sensor. The next suggestion will take it into account.

The diagnosis

Put your program
to the test.

The engine reads your whole program, and scores it out of 100.
Here's how it scores the great classics:

Upper / Lower 4× Solid 89
Glutes & lower body 4× Excellent 90
Push / Pull / Legs 6× Excellent 94
Full Body 3× Solid 87
Push / Pull / Legs 3× Solid 78
Short sessions 3× Solid 75
What produces the number
Dose per muscleSessions that hold BalancesExercise selection

Dose drives the score. The other three adjust it — never enough to cover a neglected muscle. Not an opinion: a calculation.

Full Body 3×, the great gym-floor classic, tops out at 87.
Yours isn't on this list? That's exactly the point.
Now you can put it to the test.

A Full Body analysed in the app, as a free user sees it: 87 out of 100, SOLID tier, six strengths listed, then the “Vorlift Pro only” card.
The same verdict, inside the app.

The verdict is free. What your program is missing and what to add — that's Vorlift Pro.
Your score, your tier and your strengths never cost a thing.

A program you receive doesn't install itself blind.

From a coach or a forum, it arrives as one file that opens Vorlift. Before anything is written, you see who sent it and what's inside. That part is free. And installing it opens your first Pro cycle — on us.

You can share yours too.

Your program goes out as one file, your name and your message with it. So do your workouts: a report of your performance for your coach, or your whole history as a spreadsheet. Getting your data out never costs a thing.

Yours is scored from day one

The analysis

A number you can't
interrogate is worth nothing.

What the engine has understood about you, made readable.

A record you never attempted.

Sessions, tonnage, total time, rest between sets, consistency across the year, split by muscle, push/pull balance, tension coverage — the analysis hands them to you, and each one explains itself. And your estimated record, computed from every set, without ever asking you to attempt a max.

Next to it, your volume per muscle, as a usual range — never a target to hit. The direction is settled, the numbers are not.

An exercise page, the machine curl: records by weight (37 kg × 11, 32.2 kg × 12), then estimated strength session by session, from 44 to 51 kg between January and August, with the import marker and its dips.
The estimated record, and its curve
Sets per week, muscle by muscle: 5 for chest and back, below their reference zone, 8 for shoulders, inside it. Each gauge shows the zone; none sets a target.
Volume as a range — not a target

The workshop

The details you only
notice in the gym.

Train more comfortably.

Machine taken? Swap it, and it follows.

Alternatives come ranked by closeness, and the replacement stays in your superset.

Screen dark, the alert still comes.

Even with the app closed, it rings at alarm level. And on Android, the countdown stays in the status bar.

A bar calculator: which plates to put on, side by side.

You give it a weight, it tells you what to load on each side, bar or machine. And if a weight can't be made, like 63 kg, it offers the two closest ones.

63 kg 62.5 kg 65 kg

On a superset, it counts rounds, not sets.

Rest is skipped between the two exercises of a round, then comes back in full at the end.

A1A2rest A1A2rest

When the session is over, it gives you your calories. As a range, because that's all it knows.

The usual formula counts the whole hour as effort, which doubles the number. Vorlift separates effort, rest and everything else.

230 – 400 kcal
Effort 24 min Rest 31 min Everything else 9 min

The more you time, the tighter it gets. Without your bodyweight, it says nothing. An observation, not nutritional advice.

Preview — the app's import screen

No session is thrown away.

Even when its title says nothing, the session comes through — with no type, never lost.

The same file twice does nothing.

Run the import as often as you like: nothing duplicates. Your dates and warm-ups are kept — and from Hevy, your supersets and drop sets too.

Your training stays here

Everything the app
asks of your phone.

And it decides without your training ever leaving your phone.
The whole list, not a summary.

Notifications the end-of-rest alert
Vibration the same one, in a loud gym
Alarms so the timer survives a dark screen
Foreground service so rest ends on time, app closed
Full-screen alert over the lock screen, if you turn it on
After a restart re-arming the rest in progress
Internet your subscription, and anonymous milestones you can turn off

Your results are yours: export them, share them, take them with you.
Nobody collects them on the way.

Nothing is lost, only transformed.

What if I lose my phone? A copy goes out on its own every week, to your Drive or the folder you choose.

Questions

The questions
still standing.

Beginner, does it help? Advanced, does it box me in?

Both go through the same mechanics: every decision is explained, so a beginner learns while training. And nothing is ever imposed — an advanced lifter corrects it with one tap, and that correction is what counts.

I already use Hevy or Strong. Why move?

Because Vorlift reads what you did and decides what comes next, with its reasoning. And your history comes with you: the import is free, and everything is shown to you before it's written, including what doesn't carry over.

iPhone or Android?

Both, in four languages.

What about my watch?

As soon as we can.

What does it cost?

The logbook is free, unlimited, forever — export included. The decisions and the analysis are Pro. The price is shown in the app, before you buy anything. And your first Pro cycle is on us, no card needed.

Soon.
And you can be there on day one.

Pre-registration opens shortly on both stores. Nothing to leave here, not even an email address: we have nowhere to keep it, and that's exactly as it should be!

Vorlift is built by someone who trains, not by an app factory. And a rule that fails against a real training history is never switched on.
